A very popular New Year's resolution is to shed some pounds! However, this goal can be hard to achieve when there is no plan.
Eat your largest meal earlier in the day. Take your normal meal like a sandwich or quick salad and have that be your evening meal. Calorie burning slows down at night, so take advantage of the higher calorie burn during the day with your larger meal at that time.
Keep your stress level in check to keep extra pounds at bay. Stress can actually slow down the metabolism.
